Steve Rocco, aided by friends - Rodney Mullen, Marc McKee, Mark Gonzales, Jason Lee, Natas Kaupas, Jeff Tremaine and Spike Jonze – created a cultural revolution that changed the face of skateboarding forever. To the uninitiated, skateboarding is typically viewed as a teenage triviality, a fad or ‘a stage’, but to more than 50 million people around the world it’s a lawless religion to live and die by. The anti-authoritarian counter-culture surrounding skateboarding has had a far-reaching impact on society and generated some of the most unlikely cult heroes of the modern age. The Man Who Souled The World tells the story of World Industries, the controversial skateboard company that transformed the subculture by utilizing tactics of manipulation, subversion and ambush to rewrite the rules, conquer the corporate giants who controlled the industry, and usher in a new era of skater-owned companies and skate-inspired entertainment. Picking up where Dogtown left off at the conception of a movement, World Industries’ legacy was to rear and deliver skate subculture to its finest moment. Not unlike cinema’s spectacular coming-of-age in the 1930s, or the rise-and-rise of rock music in the 1960s, the 1990s were the definitive decade in the evolution of skateboarding. Through the imagination, risk-taking and blind faith of World Industries’ founding father Steve Rocco, a Pandora’s box of irreverence, satire and mischief was unleashed. As a result, the products representing the attitude of this new world order were deliriously adopted by legions of emerging skateboarders around the globe, making the company and its founders some of the most powerful influences in skateboarding. The World Industries saga is littered with conflict, drama and dissent. World Industries was constantly under fire, precariously poised on the verge of total collapse, and endlessly demanding that everything be risked in order to survive. By unashamedly espousing a “think crime” philosophy and satirizing Satanism, pornography, violence, suicide, profanity, racism, drug use and plagiarism in products aimed at kids, World Industries and its slew of spin-offs brands including Blind, Plan B, Bitch and Big Brother won more than their fair share of detractors. Battling corporate sabotage, media censorship and internal mutiny, World Industries ultimately prevailed, emerging from complete obscurity to fashion a new niche in the billion dollar skateboard industry that they could irrefutably call their own. The Man Who Souled The World made its US Premiere at LA’s Swerve Festival in September 2007 before being released theatrically in California during October. The film has received an Accolade Awardin 2007 and Best Editing Award X-Dance Film Festival in 2008. Links and References

Single by will.i.am feat. Various artists Released February 2, 2008 (YouTube, Dipdive) Recorded Ether and Record Plant, Los Angeles, January 31, 2008 Genre R&B, Ballad Length 4:30 Writer will.i.am, Barack Obama Producer will.i.am will.i.am singles chronology "Here I Come" (2008) "Yes We Can" (2008)
Although the lyrics are entirely quotations from a speech delivered by Senator Obama in New Hampshire during the 2008 campaign, his campaign had no involvement in its production.[3] The music viral video, shot in a sparse black-and-white, features Barack Obama's image in collage fashion; the performers comprise a veritable Greek chorus echoing his words in a hip-hop call-and-response manner as his voice plays in the background. The video premiered on the national media on ABC News Now's What's the Buzz entertainment program on February 1, 2008.[2] On February 2 it was featured on the Obama campaign's community blog,[4] and later promoted as a viral video by the campaign on its website.[5] The song is in English, except the phrase "Yes, we can" in Hebrew at the 1:09 and 1:44 minute marks, Spanish at 1:17 and 1:57, and American Sign Language at 2:04. Since the original posting on YouTube, the video has been re-posted a number of times by other users and as of 4:00 PM EST, February 9th, 2008, the video had been watched a combined total of over 6.49 million times between all of the postings. It has also been viewed over 3.39 million times on Dipdive, for a combined web total of over 9.88 million viewings. Contents [hide] 1 Guest appearances 2 See also 3 References 4 External links

Dalston Rocks! is a film that will come soon to Los Niños Meses 2008, whose first film was Hey December!. The film's name[edit]Dalston is actually the name of a London district. The film is called "Dalston Rocks!" after one of the many comments everyone shouts. Plot[edit]The "solemn month" December Robinson isn't very happy when he finds that Dalston King is at the "Really Cool Dalston Party Which Turns Up The City". Wherever Dalston goes, he is cheered at by the people of the city. In a corridor of an office, December gets one of Dalston's tricks. He does not notice Dalston's shadow on the floor until he is knocked down and kicked into the corner of a wall. Dalston finds out that December is incontinent, and this comes to him by the sight of a puddle on the floor. At the end, Dalston says that he is in fact a villain, and December bows down to him saying, "Oops! I'm sorry, Dal, I did see." A preview of the film can only be seen at the moment. Sources[edit]

Criss Angel Levitation For Criss Angels "mysterois" levitation it is quiet simple. He has a small unnoticed slit in the front of his pants which is held by velcro. He also has two strong magnets in his shoes which hold them together. While he wearing some black leggins, he slowly removes his foot to the small object he wants to levitate onto (ex. a chair). His shoes are magnitized together and he begins to lift himself onto the object with his foot. When he comes back down he puts his feel back in his shoes, and reseales the velcro. As for his Lexar levitation and building to building levitations, a different method is used. Sources[edit]T.V Show Mindfreak. There is an episode in which it is revealed. T.V Show Mindfreak.
