Comment: this was definitely created WP:TOOSOON, but the artist is well known in South Africa, has won major national awards, and his penultimate single was certified double platinum in the country. Keep and rename to African Electronic Dance Music: There seems to be some coverage upon its release. Sources 1 to 3 in the article are reliable. I also found some more reliable sources which talk about the album: [1], [2], [3], [4] and [5]. That said, the article is good enough to pass WP:NALBUM.
