Demos are assumed non-notable per WP:MUSIC. Several sources in this article verify that it exists, but they do not amount to coverage that the demo is notable and many of them (rateyourmusic.com and last.fm) are not acceptable as sources. —Justin (koavf)❤T☮C☺M☯ 03:26, 24 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Delete per presumption against demos at WP:MUSIC. As far as I can tell none of the sources in the article are "reliable and independent" and I'm unable through my own searches to find any that are better.- DustFormsWords (talk) 04:04, 24 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep per Bulgakoff below. - DustFormsWords (talk) 07:41, 24 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep. This was already discussed here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:A_Sorcery_Written_in_Blood The demo was featured on the front page of the newspaper Firda on 7. January 1994, which is mentioned in one of the existing references. Firda is the biggest newspaper in the county Sogn og Fjordane in Norway: http://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firda I have now also added a new reference to the online music encyclopedia of NRK, Norways largest media organisation. I believe these two references (Firda, NRK) must both be considered "reliable and independent", and it being front page material in the biggest newspaper in Sogn og Fjordane should also make it notable. Bulgakoff (talk) 07:27, 24 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- These sources appear to be significant coverage in reliable independent sources. I'll take the non-English text at face value and have changed my position above to Keep. - DustFormsWords (talk) 07:41, 24 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep, per Bulgakoff. Dark Prime (talk) 22:47, 24 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep, also per Bulgakoff. This demo transcends the usual rule on demos due to its extra fame (or infamy) in its country. DOOMSDAYER520 (Talk|Contribs) 19:51, 28 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
