This seems to be a classic case of WP:DICTDEF. No evidence this phrase has received the wider coverage required by WP:SIGCOV. Perhaps a redirect to List of Latin phrases (assuming this is a phrase, technically...?) would be best WP:PRESEVE-minded outcome?
