Algy the Blue Bus

lack of context. Character comes from an almost insignificant series related to the original, and does not hold anywhere near enough information or context to warrant a full article. Improve or Merge. Looks like the character appears only in the Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends annuals, os it should merge there.

Comment - I was really surprised to see that this discussion is still going on. According to the guidelines, an AfD isn't necessary at all; if a minor character has his own page, it's okay to merge it with a larger article without taking any other steps.
