Non-notable businessman. WP:NOTLINKEDIN. There is nothing remarkable here, just a CIO doing what a CIO of a multinational company does. References are press releases or interviews, the best being the WSJ one, from their 'CIO Journal' which is largely based on what he told the journalist in a phone call, so may fail WP:INDY. @Maithili2023: If you have a look at the top of the cio.com reference which you added it says "it is a blog series, sponsored by KPMG" and if you click the 'learn more' link it gives the following disclaimer: "BrandPosts are written and edited by members of our sponsor community. BrandPosts create an opportunity for an individual sponsor to provide insight and commentary from their point-of-view directly to our audience. The editorial team does not participate in the writing or editing of BrandPosts." Clicking on the author's name the bio says "Paul Gillin writes, speaks and trains marketers and corporate executives to think like publishers. Gillin specializes in social media for B2B companies." So this is a paid for promo piece and has not had any editorial oversight. It cannot be considered a reliable, independent source and carries no weight in determining notability.
