Fails WP:NFILM as no sources I can find discuss this to any significant extent, with the exception of the interview source which is essentially a Q&A pre-arranged non-independent interview. Translating the provided sources do not demonstrate this is a notable film. The fact all known copies were considered lost for many years until 2021 indicates this had no lasting impact, while other sources simply discuss the finding of the tape as news.
