Delete Although it isn't official policy, the article up for debate does not meet the criteria at Wikipedia:Notability (periodicals). It should also be noted that Wikipedia is not a crystal ball and articles about periodicals that are not published yet are strongly discouraged. Citing official policy, this topic does not meet the general notability guideline as it has not received significant coverage in reliable sources independent of the subject.
