Non-notable company, fails WP:CORPDEPTH. Sources either point to the parent company (MHA Consulting) or contain no mention of the article subject at all. The only source that makes mention of BCM [1] is referring to something else entirely, and yet was cited in this article. Per the tags on the article, serves to promote the company.
