Non-notable per Wikipedia:Notability (sports): A player who signs for a domestic team but has not played in any games is not deemed to have participated in a competition therefore they aren't notable. Was listed in January (result no consensus) but has still not played for any professional club. Should now be deleted - and re-created if his career does take off.
