Single-sourced WP:BLP of a person notable primarily as a local television news anchor — and even that one source isn't covering him in the context of a substantive career accomplishment, but merely for having been successful in a social media challenge which forced a coworker to get a tattoo of his face. That's not something that gets a person over WP:JOURNALIST by itself, and neither is anything else here — but the article isn't properly sourced enough to claim WP:GNG as an alternative, either.
