Does not appear to meet WP:NBASKETBALL or WP:NCOLLATH (the honorable mention All-American or first-team All-SEC aren't mentioned in Template:Men's college basketball award navbox). Not enough individual coverage for WP:GNG. Ahecht (TALK

- Keep Meets WP:GNG with significant coverage in multiple, independent, reliable sources. In addition to "Casey Prather’s star turn a boon for Florida" NBCSports.com already in the article, I have found "Florida's Prather steps in, steps up" ESPN.com, "Aging gracefully, Casey Prather leads Florida to another big win" SI.com, "Casey Prather trying to stick with Phoenix Suns" azcentral.com, "Profile: Casey Prather" gainesville.com.—Bagumba (talk) 21:26, 16 March 2015 (UTC)

- Keep I agree he meets GNG, mostly gained during his college career (but notability is not temporary). In addition to those articles posted by Bagumba, here are some others: "Ex-Michigan recruit Casey Prather becomes Wolverines' rival with Florida" Detroit Free Press, "Jackson, Tenn., product Casey Prather plays crucial role as Florida pursues national title" Memphis Commercial Appeal, "Casey Prather's promise now talent for Florida" Tampa Bay Times. Also, as a star player on a high-profile team his injury comings and goings received headline articles (as opposed to one-line transaction reports) on national sports sites like ESPN.com, NBCSports.com and FOXSports.com. I should point out that I was the article's creator - and that I should have done a better job sourcing the article when I wrote it. Rikster2 (talk) 21:42, 16 March 2015 (UTC)
- Nomination Withdrawn: Thanks, it looks like I must've misspelled the name or something when searching for further sources. I've withdrawn the nomination, although additional non-transactional coverage, such as the examples above, should be added to the article. --Ahecht (TALK
