Fails WP:NBANDS, was previously considered via an AfD and kept on the basis of meeting criteria 1 - "the subject of multiple, non-trivial, published works appearing in secondary sources". selective Merge to Chitral Somapala or very weak keep A cursory search found reviews in sources such as [1] in addition to the two already present in the article, but I'm not sure how great they are for notability.
