Delete (without prejudice against recreation if it becomes notable) Wikipedia is not a dictionary and this neologism appears to not be commonly used. There's a Vice article and it's sort-of entering usage with some social media posts and one news article from a local news company that mentions it once. Reddit mentions it, as does the Urban dictionary. However, it is not evident that the phrase has become commonly used outside of a few mentions and doomsday prepping. Should it enter common usage, Wikipedia will be here for the article to be recreated. As it stands it's not near meeting the threshold for an article.
