No attempt to establish notability, page is completely promotional in nature. Sources do not look like they meet standards for being independent (links are to an amazon page selling the book and not any original stories), reliable or non-trivial. Many of the links go nowhere/return errors. Claims to be semi-finalist, but does nto appear on the page linked to. List of writing uncourced and includes content on wikis and blogs. Yet another prod removed by someone without giving any rationale. DreamGuy (talk) 23:22, 5 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Smells strongly of self-promotion. — RHaworth (Talk | contribs) 23:22, 5 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment Technically they don't need to provide a reason to contest a prod. I left the creator a note concerning this AfD. -- lucasbfr talk 14:03, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- By the rules nobody has to give any reason to contest a prod, but if the person who wants to keep it can't come up with a good reason that just goes to show why it should be deleted. DreamGuy (talk) 14:47, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete - I can find articles he has written, but I cannot find articles about him. I can find no usable information abut his novel Taking Over. His other major work appears to be Star Trek fan fiction that was published in an anthology. -- Whpq (talk) 14:33, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. I agree this reads like self-promotion. 67.79.157.50 (talk) 15:05, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
