The result was redirect to List of bus routes in London. (non-admin closure) Tim Song (talk) 02:05, 25 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is not a travel guide. I fail to see what value this article adds to wikipedia when the bus route is available in its entirety on the bus company website. Biker Biker (talk) 22:41, 18 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. There is nothing notable about this bus route. Singularity42 (talk) 23:36, 18 December 2009 (UTC)Redirect to List of bus routes in London#Letter prefixes, for reasons stated below. Singularity42 (talk) 15:07, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]- Redirect to List of bus routes in London. Title should have been "London Bus Route E7" (edit: or what Thryduulf suggested below), which it should be if anyone tries to make a worthy article on it in the future. --Oakshade (talk) 23:53, 18 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Redirect to List of bus routes in London#Letter prefixes without prejudice. Although as it stands this page is not encyclopaedia material, it is possible to write encyclopaedic articles on bus routes. I don't know whether an encyclopaedic article about this route doable or not, but if it is it should be at London Buses route E7, a title that already redirects to the list, per the other members of category:Bus routes in London (note this is not the same title Oakshade suggested). - Delete. Not impossible that a bus route is notable, but simply writing the route isn't. Also, bus routes change so often this would be impossible to maintain. I don't think a redirect from this title is useful as there's surely more than one E7 bus route in the world. Chris Neville-Smith (talk) 09:44, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- If someone knows of another E7 they can change the redirect to a dab or to an article about that bus route with an appropriate hatnote at that time. To me it seems a very useful redirect. Thryduulf (talk) 11:05, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Redirect As the List of bus routes in London#Letter prefixes already contains an entry for the E7, I think the redirect is the best idea. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 12:58, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Redirect as others have suggested. If kept, rename to "E7 (ondon bus route)" or such like. Peterkingiron (talk) 16:33, 19 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment. Although my instinct is to delete, I note that the great majority of bus routes on that large list have their own article. Presumably this one has been singledout because its title is non-standard. Sussexonian (talk) 00:00, 24 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- I'm not the nominator, so I can't be sure, but that might be why it was noticed. However if you compare the content of this article with say London Buses route 50 you can see there is also a tremendous difference in quality. Thryduulf (talk) 10:27, 24 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
