Article about footballer who had a very brief spell of professional football (2 Paraguayan league matches) which would have scraped by on the now-deprecated NFOOTBALL. I checked for SIGCOV and only found trivial coverage, and just one in-depth article on his transfer to Douglas Haig (it's now in the article). I don't believe there is enough there to satisfy WP:GNG. I agree that the second source is in-depth, but the ABC Color source is routine/trivial for sure. The Misiones online source has one paragraph on Neyra's career, plus an interview on his club's promotion. I wouldn't call that routine, but it also isn't in-depth. Delete. The sources from Das Osmnezz are 1) roughly 4 sentences in Misiones Online followed by an interview; 2) another 3 sentences of commentary alongside an interview; 3) routine signing coverage.
