There is no "Flag of Earth". The proposals are not individually notable; they are sourced primarily to their own promoters. There are other proposals (one by Oskar Pernefeldt as part of a university thesis somehow got covered by the Washington Post) but none of them are credible efforts towards being generally accepted. Delete Nominator is correct. These proposals are not individually notable, and their synthesis is just (perhaps unintentionally) gaming GNG by creating a situation in which more than one source exists on the conglomerated topic. Delete Honestly I was surprised not to see much coverage for this topic as a whole in WP:BEFORE. Found an article from Smithsonian Magazine mostly focused on the Oskar Pernefeldt design, and a Wired article which actually does focus on the topic as a whole, but I don't think these are enough to justify keeping the article.
