Comment: It would probably be worth re-writing as an article about the diet in general rather than the specific book, as I am finding coverage for the diet as a whole at places such as Web MD and US News. Tokyogirl79 (｡◕‿◕｡) 04:33, 29 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
