The article, written by an editor who identifies as the subject on commons, per https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Schota17 is largerly based on two sources: https://www.rheinpfalz.de/lokal/speyer_artikel a local newspaper with a section dedicated to the town of Speyer (with a population just over 50.0000) and kunstportal-bw.de, which calls itself a portal, but is more like a blog. Their goal is unambiguously promotional per https://www.kunstportal-bw.de/aktuelles/angebot/, if "essentially non-profit in nature". The article is a resume. In fact, his resume links to this article. I cannot find significant coverage in independent, reliable sources that are not hyper-local. Per WP:NOTWEBHOST we're an encyclopedia, not a webhost for a resume. Vexations (talk) 14:24, 9 July 2020 (UTC)

- Delete per nomination. Nothing in the article or the citations demonstrates notability, and I can't find anything online which suggests he might pass WP:CREATIVE. A clear case of WP: NOTLINKEDIN. ~dom Kaos~ (talk) 18:22, 9 July 2020 (UTC)
