Comment - this was nominated for deletion in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Leonards Andžāns, where the nominator was asked to renominate individually and give a better rationale for why the article should be deleted. The nominator has failed to do the latter, and the discussion at WT:FOOTY which is linked above, shows no consensus to go and mass-delete Latvian footballers that has played in the Soviet top league.
