- Keep, the references are there, it just needs tidying up. I lived in Egypt for 15 years and everyone knows this guy. Best not to take a pro-US view on these things. --Sammen Salmonord (talk) 20:13, 9 March 2014 (UTC)
- Keep, How is there is no notability for a a military officers who held the command position of the top military units in Egypt including the Unit 777? I think he is famous enough. Amr TarekSay Hello!, 17:15, 10 March 2014 (UTC)
