She does meet notability. She was chosen to play for Arsenal. She is one of the four goalkeepers to play for Arsenal. She has participated in several matches; it doesn’t matter that she has always been on the bench, she was still part of the team those times. She’s also the goalkeeper for the England U19 team. She was meant to be playing for Arsenal a few days ago, but she was unable to because of COVID-19 restrictions.--PageThoodward (talk) 19:33, 18 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Draftify - I've checked the sources and most of them are trivial mentions (i.e. mentioning her once in a list of players in a squad list). The couple of sources that mention her more than once are from a club that she used to play for (Southampton) so are not independent or reliable in any case (see WP:IS and WP:RS). The database websites like Soccerway confirm clearly that she has never played a game for Arsenal and her only England game was 70 mins at U15 so falls way, way short of WP:NFOOTBALL.
