Proposing deletion per WP:TNT. The article is barely legible and would require major work to fix the language, grammar and style errors. This is in addition to the poor referencing and unreliable sourcing. The article creator was previously given the opportunity to incubate the article in draft space by UtherSRG, but rather than improving it, they've added additional barely legible material. Proposing deletion, with no objection to later re-creation. N.B. - notability of the subject is not in question. Just the quality of the current article.
