J.J. Rouse

Second nomination, first appeared to be a bit of a mess. Reason for nomination - there is nothing here, or in the 'sources' found in the first nomination which haven't been added, that amounts to significant coverage in independent reliable sources. Speedy close as Keep Previous AFD is muvch too recent. The article needs a lot of work, but that implies tagging it not deleting it. The subject appeared to be a significant leader in his denomination in Canada, but the problem is that the author has gone away and left it unfinished. Possibly because of some one putting in a premature AFD nomination. This is very off-putting to new well-meaning editors. I am not sure if that is the case here.
