Unremarkable person. Speedy was declined, but no sources provided. I wasn't able to find any reliable sources by myself. Arthistorian1977 (talk) 09:53, 14 November 2016 (UTC)

- Comment: A "JUGESHWAR PRASAD KHALISH" is listed as a successful candidate in the Election Commission of India State Election 1951 to the Legislative Assembly of Bihar (p4) which could be sufficient for WP:POLITICIAN #1 though it would be good to obtain supporting information. - Keep: Hindi language search for Jageshwar Prasad Khalish provides this link which indicates "Jugeshwar Prasad Khalish" and "Jageshwar Prasad Khalish" are indeed the same person. Indian language names at times have multiple spellings when translated to English (see WP:INDAFD). The subject is a former Member of Legislative Assembly so is notable under WP:NPOL. The link contains substantial information for a decent size stub. Pratyush (talk) 17:57, 14 November 2016 (UTC)
- Keep: It is a common variation of name. He meets NPOL. I request closing editor to move it to Jugeshwar Prasad Khalish (leaving existing title as redirect). "Jugeshwar" is what is mentioned in English language sources ([1], [2]). Anup [Talk] 14:55, 16 November 2016 (UTC)
