Another term invented by the Lauriswift911 user that is not mentioned in authoritative sources. Yes, perhaps we have a separate fact of the murder of 17,000 Kazakhs, but there is no generalized term "Kazakh massacre" in historiography. Delete unless sources that use this specific term as defined here can be found. There is no article about the war in which this event took place – the first step would be to create that article, I'd say.
