Delete. Poor sources with no significant coverage on subject's biography and career. I can not find in search if the subject was an important figure or was widely cited by peers or successors, or created a significant new concept, or created a significant or well-known work. Delete: As mentioned in the article, the subject was reportedly honored with the 'Padmabhushan Dr. Moturi Satyanarayan Award' in 2005. However, there is no verifiable evidence to support this claim, nor is there any significant coverage (WP:SIGCOV) available regarding the award or Subject.
