BLP of a subject who does not seem notable to me for any of his achievements, pretty much refbombed to a mix of genuine news about him, pr and passing mentions. - Delete The only source I was attracted to was Outlook - but then it said Outlook Web Bureau which killed my interest in it. A civil servant who has got some news but not enough for notability. Nomadicghumakkad (talk) 01:37, 6 November 2021 (UTC)
