Contested PROD. Concern was that he Hasn't received significant coverage nor played in a fully pro league match. Therefore the article fails WP:GNG and WP:NFOOTBALL. PROD was contested procedurally as the article had previously been deleted by PROD. The delete rationale remains valid nonetheless. Sir Sputnik (talk) 23:53, 18 March 2015 (UTC)

- Delete - I didn't even know the article had already been deleted by PROD. Anyway unless something happens over the weekend, the article still fails both WP:GNG and WP:NFOOTBALL. – Michael (talk) 23:59, 18 March 2015 (UTC)
- Comment if something may happen within a couple of days, then perhaps this shouldn't have been nominated, and a bit of WP:COMMONSENSE applied to wait it out ... or simply move the article to Draft Space. Nfitz (talk) 00:24, 19 March 2015 (UTC)

- Delete - player fails WP:NFOOTY as has not played in a fully professional league, nor senior international football. No indication of any other achievements that have garnered sufficient, significant coverage to satisfy WP:GNG. Not keen on moving to draftspace as I do not think we want to encourage an environment whereby people can freely create as many articles on non-notable players they like and keep them in draft in perpetuity. Draftspace should be used for drafting articles on already notable subjects, not as a holding pen in anticipation of notability which might never come. Fenix down (talk) 16:28, 20 March 2015 (UTC)

- Keep - meets WP:GNG - [1]. He could very likely get a fully professional start before the weekend is out, making this nomination a complete and total waste of everyone's time - we need to start following WP:COMMONSENSE when nomininating fully professional players hours before the season starts.
