Delete There is an article for Vinayak Damodar Savarkar there is a mercy petion section Nosebagbear the comment about Wikisource was first made by By user User:Kautuk1 which has been copied by Girdlast888 was made by here Clearly not notable for stand alone article fails WP:GNG.Further Wikisource also belongs to Wikimedia Foundation.122.178.248.112 (talk) 15:13, 7 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
