WP:NACADEMIC is not met with. Notability is not inherited either. TrangaBellam (talk) 17:14, 12 February 2022 (UTC)

- Keep This article had many reliable and journal references. They were from 2014, and only needed to be fixed and updated which I did. In my view Passes WP:NACADEMIC now. Ngrewal1 (talk) 20:40, 12 February 2022 (UTC)

- Delete I'm having trouble finding something qualifying for WP:NACADEMIC. For example, he's a distinguished life member of the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons, but every member I clicked on at [1] has the same "honor" (and life membership costs $100), so that doesn't meet criteria 2 or 3. He's the dean, but not of a major institution, so that doesn't meet criterion 6. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 21:23, 12 February 2022 (UTC)
- Comment Khyber Medical College is part of the larger Khyber Medical University, Peshawar, Pakistan which is a major recognized university by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan (a reference is also included showing this by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan). Ngrewal1 (talk) 21:52, 12 February 2022 (UTC)
- Where does it say it's a "major" university? And anyway, he's not the president of Khyber Medical University so C6 doesn't apply regardless of whether it's major. JoelleJay (talk) 22:51, 12 February 2022 (UTC)
- Dean is not the highest post of S. Asian universities. So whether or not Khyber Medical University is a major institution is irrelevant. TrangaBellam (talk) 06:37, 13 February 2022 (UTC)

- Delete. I am not seeing the exceptional citations necessary to meet C1 (or other criteria). Scopus only has 63 total for him, unless he uses a different spelling of "Aurangzeb" sometimes. JoelleJay (talk) 23:22, 12 February 2022 (UTC)
- Delete. No sign of WP:NPROF C1, dean is insufficient for WP:NPROF C6, and little sign of other criteria. Russ Woodroofe (talk) 12:49, 13 February 2022 (UTC)
- Delete. per above, clearly not notable per WP:NPROF. --hroest 19:17, 17 February 2022 (UTC)
