Appears to fail WP:NTRACK. Finished top at the Canadian championships, but does not appear to have "ever been ranked in the top 60 on the IAAF world leading list at the end of a given calendar year" (which is required by NTRACK). Certainly fails GNG, no sources available outside of IAAF profile.
