I can find no indication at reliable sites which are independent that this unreleased game meets the general notability guidelines or the advice at Wikipedia:WikiProject Video games/Article guidelines#What is appropriate?, which states (amongst other things) Articles on video games should give an encyclopedic overview of a game and its importance to the industry - as well as giving alternative places where such an article might be more appropriate than on Wikipedia.
