Mr. Ugly

No evidence of notability per WP:NALBUM, no charting, etc. Sourced only to a single forum site. This is also the same text that got deleted at PROD last month. I'm entirely willing to be convinced, but the primary contributor has been pointed at WP:RS a number of times. There seem to just be no good sources for this record.
