Does not pass the General notability guideline as the one independent source cited does not provide significant coverage of the article subject. The only source that does is the NCHA itself. KEEP - this AfD is absurd - also see WP:Articles for deletion/NCHA Rider Hall of Fame and WP:Articles for deletion/NCHA Horse Hall of Fame by this same 10 edit editor. Common sense tells us a National Hall of Fame for an International sports association is notable. This nom has 10 edits. How was this AfD even allowed? It appears to be the work of this IP SPA.
