Don't delete He is Notable just google about him. He is on National position of National Students' Union of India not on any local level. He was handpicked by Rahul Gandhi to this position, Nagesh Kariyappa has done many social activities for that he became notable JamesAlfa (talk) 14:46, 8 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Delete: Fails NPOL as per above, and given that Google pretty much turns up only run-of-the-mill, non-significant coverage of Kariyappa and his publicity stunts, he also fails WP:BIO.
