Fails WP:BIO and WP:GNG. All references included in the article were authored or co-authored by Natti Ronel. A search for significant coverage from independent reliable sources did not yield anything that would satisfy notability guidelines to merit the inclusion of the subject on Wikipedia. - ran a news archive search and aded 2 WP:RS on his early career. Also ran his name throughgScholar search, he is quite widely cited, but arguably not widely cited enough to keep. I am inclining towards a WP:NOTPROMO DELETE, but waiting to see what folks who work in counseling, psychology have to say.
