- Delete - No reason at present to think this building will be notable (it's not particularly tall nor does it appear to be of architectural significance) and no refs have been provided to suggest any notabillity either. Maybe when it's completed it might have some notable function, but that would be speculation. Until then it's just a random building of no notabillity.--ThePaintedOne (talk) 10:08, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete - very little evidence of notability, doubtful that any such evidence could ever be provided. -- roleplayer 15:21, 23 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Note The contents of this page, along with that of The Centrium, Woking, which is also being considered for deletion, have been cut and pasted into a new article, Barratt Developments in Woking. All three articles were created by the same user. If both these article end up being deleted, I can't see how this new one could be notable either, and it could be seen as an attempt to avoid deletion. But in light of the comments made on the other AfD, I'm not going to propose the new page, I'll let others assess it.--ThePaintedOne (talk) 10:20, 24 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete no doubt an addition to the tallest building in Woking, which was recently an AFD. Peterkingiron (talk) 14:28, 24 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Blocks of flats - especially ones not even completed - are not always easy to show notability for (apologies for lousy style there), and it's not shown here, I'm afraid. Peridon (talk) 18:34, 24 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
