Speedy Keep or Wrong Venue No argument for deletion and improper review of the alternatives to deletion. Nomination has stipulated that this topic is already covered elsewhere in the encyclopedia, which the essay WP:INSIGNIFICANCE identifies as a significant topic. As per the alternatives to deletion, notability is not a deletion argument when the remedy is a merge. As per WP:Deletion policy this is a content dispute and the place to discuss notability is the talk page of the article or the proposed target article.
