Keep does not seem to be a promotional page, generally written with NPOV. Seems like a quite popular open source program with a basic google search. Also seems like there is some commercial activity around it too. See [[1]] and [[2]]. Also is notable enough for dmoz and quite a few blog/news posts (usually reviews). [[3]] [[4]] [[5]].
