Another one of Striver's fiefdom of synthesized articles, there doesn't seem to be any usage of this term in Sunni or Shi'a websites or literature and in fact I'm even having trouble finding it used on polemical discussion forums. There is no proof that this term is even real and in fact it isn't even technically a neologism because nobody uses it. I think this topic is just something the creator made up. I also just noticed that there is a version of this article on Persian Wikipedia. It was created over a year ago by a sockpuppet with a rather long rap sheet. There is a single reference but it's to some site advertising for Microsoft products, I think? Either way, the fact that the version in another language is also bogus does sound fishy.
