This article on a short film has no sources. A BEFORE on Google News, Google Books, JSTOR, and newspapers.com fails to find anything. The film does not even have an entry on IMDB. Fails WP:GNG. The article claims to have won the jury prize at the Royal Nepalese Army film competition, however, no source can be found to verify this and - even if it could - I'm not sure this prize would be of sufficiency to qualify under WP:NFILM.
