Delete as non-notable neologism. I can find no results in Google Books or Google News that relate to this topic (though there are coincidental co-occurrences of the string "stress surfing" as in "the stress surfing puts on your neck"). Comment: Positum and Positum Ukraine are both publications of the International Center for Positive Psychotherapy. I don't find either one in Worldcat, and searching for "positive psychotherapy" in Ebsco's psychology database brought up mainly string co-occurrences as above (e.g., "all clients desire a positive psychotherapy experience"), but also a little on Positive Psychology. Most of that seemed to be saying that it (Positive Psychology) was an idea that was out there, but not a lot of study had been done. Harvard Mental Health Letter, May 2008 talks about one model of Positive Psychology by Seligman and that it's "one of the few...that has been tested in a randomized controlled trial. The study found that some exercises are more beneficial than others" My inexpert verdict on stress surfing/positive psychotherapy is: real but real fringey, and not at all in widespread use.
