Prod removed by article creator with rationale "disagree with prod". Article does not appear to meet WP:ARTIST or pass WP:GNG. Searches are complicated by there being a more well known US chef with the same name but I haven't found any significant coverage and all the references presently in the article don't appear to establish significant coverage either. ...
