Merge/redirect to List of tallest buildings in Taichung per Wikipedia:Deletion policy#Alternatives to deletion. I was not able to find substantial coverage in reliable sources to establish notability per Wikipedia:Notability#General notability guideline. Added more references per Wikipedia:Deletion policy#Alternatives to deletion. I have added some more references of the building in different sources (one from Taiwanese newspaper written in Chinese). Please check whether they are enough. If not, I can find more or you can search using its Chinese name provided in the article, which will render more results. Thanks! Heeheemalu (talk · contribs), thank you for adding more sources including this article from China Times. The other sources you added are either not independent of the subject (I think magarchitw is from the architect of the building) or are not reliable sources (Skyscraperpage.com, emporis.com)) so cannot be used to establish notability.
The only independent reliable source that provides significant coverage about Taichung Time Square CBD is the China Times article. Would you provide one more independent reliable source (it must be from a different publisher) that provides significant coverage about Taichung Time Square CBD? Wikipedia:Notability#General notability guideline has more information that defines what sources qualify. I will change from "merge" to "keep" if another source can be found. Thank you!

Keep per the two sources provided by Heeheemalu (talk · contribs). The China Times source provides substantial coverage about the building, while the Commercial Times article is on the brief side but is still completely about the building. Keep. In addition to the comments above, the building has some impact on the city's economy. It is also part of Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone.
