Comprehensively fails WP:NBASIC, WP:ANYBIO and WP:NBUSINESSPERSON. There is nothing to indicate that "Skymit Motors Ltd" is notable in its own right. The article's tone has been chatty and promotional from the first revision (nearly a decade ago), to a point where I'm fairly sure it's a paid advert.
