The place names DB says it was named by a Milwaukee Road VP, so yes, it's a rail location. The topos show that at some point it was a junction, but what they don't show is any settlement. Searching containing two national capitals generates a lot of clutter but nothing particularly helpful. Mangoe (talk) 04:18, 9 December 2021 (UTC)
