Nothing but only a single line stating "A Transgressive phenotype is a phenotype that is more extreme than the phenotype displayed by either of their parental lines. Although it is referenced, the lack of other reliable references, combined with a lack of statements, puts this article in a risk of deletion. --Boeing7107isdelicious|Sprich mit meine Piloten 05:30, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep, weakly, and without objection to merger somewhere; I'll let biologists worry about where. Google Scholar and books hits suggest use of the concept as described. - Smerdis of Tlön (talk) 15:08, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Weak keep or merge per Smerdis. Having it in the navbox at the bottom makes me leery of merging.--SarekOfVulcan (talk) 20:50, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep, just needs expanding. Cassandra 73 (talk) 12:48, 11 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep, I acknowledge that the article needs expanding, but this is an important biological concept. Additionally, the reference included is reliable. Nature_(journal) is a highly respected peer reviewed scientific journal with a high impact factor. AJseagull1 (talk) 20:43, 13 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
