All of the articles in the bibliography are from the official website. I can't find anything to support WP:GNG. Seems like it falls under WP:ONEDAY. Bordwall(talk⁄ctrb) 16:51, 5 June 2015 (UTC)
- Delete. Agree with nom about notability issues, and even just reading the article it's almost entirely composed of business jargon / puffery, ie "promotes integral development", "attend the requirements of an intelligent community", etc. Pishcal — ♣ 17:16, 5 June 2015 (UTC)
